Short Term Accommodation (STA) is a type of support provided under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) in Australia. It allows participants to live away from their usual home for a short period of time, while still receiving support in a safe and appropriate environment.

STA generally covers the cost of:

• Accommodation (usually for up to 14 days at a time)

• Personal care and support

• Meals

• Activities related to individual goals
