Support Coordination is a capacity-building support funded under the NDIS that helps participants understand and implement their NDIS plan. It connects individuals with the right service providers, assists in coordinating supports across different areas of life, and ensures services align with the participant’s goals and preferences.

Support Coordinators also help participants develop the skills and confidence to manage their supports independently over time. They provide guidance through plan reviews, troubleshoot challenges with service delivery, and act as advocates to ensure participants are getting the most out of their funding.
